Are Manchester City this year's Champions League big stars?

In latest sports news I recently read that It seems like Manchester city's new owners have impressed Arsene Wenger him self. Arsenal FC manager seems to believe that in this year's Champions League, Manchester City is a team that others should fear from.

With the January Transfer window that is going to be opened, and of course, with all of Manchester City's new money, possibilities are endless, so I can't help agreeing with Wenger on this one. Needless to say that I am not pleased from this one bit, but that the way it is, money is the key for everything, especially professional football.
